All registrations, payments, and required documents must be completed by this date.

Team Confirmation & Onboarding

Participants will receive team confirmations, event guidelines, challenge themes, judging criteria, and submission instructions.

July 20–24, 2026

Innovation & Project Development

Teams will research, build, test, and refine their AI solutions while preparing their presentations and pitch decks.

August 1, 2026

Final Presentations & Awards

Present your AI solution to investors, judges, and the community. Winners recognized on the day.
