MAINTAINPeriodic reassessment and renewal maintain current status.
Every record

What a Verification Record Must State

A verification level on its own means nothing without the scope it was assessed against.

Scope is part of the result. A verification record may cover a specific business unit, process, product, system or scope. It should never be read as applying to an entire organization unless the record says so. Expired, suspended or revoked records never display as active.

Where digital verification is implemented, a QR code on the record directs to the public GAAI verification record, so status can be confirmed rather than claimed.

Evidence, Not Assertion

A verification record states the level, the scope, the dates and the current status — so anyone relying on it knows exactly what was assessed.
