From Prerequisites to Certification
The auditor route adds a practical assessment on top of the written examination.

GAAI EXAMComplete the applicable GAAI examination.
PRACTICAL ASSESSMENTDemonstrate audit practice against the GAAI-500 requirements.
CERTIFICATIONCandidates who satisfy all requirements receive the credential.
Qualified auditors may subsequently apply for applicable GAAI authorization to perform GAAI-related assessments, subject to applicable independence and conflict-of-interest requirements.
